Welcome to Glow With Tina—your new go-to space for all things beauty, wellness, and everything soft and sweet. As we step into a new month and get closer to summer, it’s the perfect time to focus on ourselves, especially our skin.
Lately, I’ve been dealing with some eczema on my left side (a b- is dry too, you know 😭), and it really catapulted me into rethinking my routine. I realized I needed to hit refresh, not just on my skin, but my whole being.
Join the Glow With Tina 30-Day Challenge
This challenge is all about small, mighty steps that lead to lasting changes. No diets. No overwhelming routines. Just consistency.
By the end of this challenge, you’ll feel:
- Glowing from the inside out
- Clear headed
- Grounded with a new, sustainable routine
The 4 Glow Pillars:
Skin – hydration, SPF, consistency
Gut – greens, fiber, pre- & probiotic foods
Mind– daily affirmations, phone breaks, social media purges
Body– walks, stretches, runs
Week 1: Fresh Start
Build the foundation
- Skin:
- Start daily skincare (cleanser, moisturizer, SPF).
- Drink at least 69oz of water daily.
- Take a before photo for comparison.
- Gut:
- Add one dark green veggie to lunch or dinner daily.
- Start each morning with warm lemon water.
- Introduce probiotic-rich food (like yogurt or kombucha) 3x this week.
- Mind:
- Write a morning affirmation each day.
- 10-minute phone-free time before bed and after waking up.
- Declutter one space in your room or digital life.
- Body:
- Do a 10-minute stretch or beginner Pilates workout. 3x/wk
- Go for a 10-minute walk after one meal each day.
- Track your movement with the glow tracker.
Week 2: Find Your Balance
Stack your habits and find rhythm
- Skin:
- Apply SPF every morning, even on cloudy days.
- Add a hydrating serum or mist to your routine.
- Stay consistent with your water intake.
- Gut:
- Eat 1 serving of fiber-rich food (chia seeds, oats, lentils) daily.
- Keep drinking your lemon water or greens juice.
- Try a new healthy recipe that focuses on gut health.
- Mind:
- Social media detox 1 full day or 4 hours/day.
- Gratitude journal: Write 3 things daily.
- Reflect on your wins so far in a note or voice memo.
- Body:
- Increase Pilates/stretching to 15 minutes 4x/week.
- Add 1 strength-based workout (no equipment is fine).
- Dance, jump rope, or move joyfully for at least 10 minutes once.
Week 3: Refine the Routine
Level up your glow game
- Skin:
- Add a moisturizing body oil or dry brushing 2–3x/wk.
- Stick to a 3-step routine morning and night.
- Reduce sugar/snacking that causes breakouts.
- Gut:
- Try a “gut reset” day: smoothie, salad, tea, light meals.
- Chew slowly and eat mindfully.
- Add prebiotic foods like dandelion greens, garlic, asparagus, or bananas.
- Mind:
- Phone-free until 12pm 3x this week.
- Try a 5-minute meditation or breathing app.
- Create a 3-minute “pep talk” playlist or affirmations reel.
- Body:
- 20 minute Pilates class + 10 min walk combo = 4x/wk.
- Try a posture or mobility video.
- Wear an outfit that makes you feel hot!
Week 4: Own the Glow
Celebrate + Sustain
Keep using your tracker or start a new one!
Skin:
Take your after photo + compare your glow!
Treat yourself to a face mask or spa night.
Reflect on what worked best in your routine.
Gut:
Create a “gut-friendly” grocery list to keep using.
Keep your water + fiber game strong.
Share your favorite recipe or discovery with someone.
Mind:
Write a letter to your future self.
Reflect on this challenge in your journal.
Visualize how you’ll keep this softness going.
Body:
Final Pilates session: push yourself with good form.
Celebrate with a solo dance party or walk in nature.
